Here is a personally favorite utility and a great addition to the Microsoft Disk Cleanup Utility (cleanmgr.exe) that ships with Win 95, XP, Vista, and Win7.
This is a good temp file cleaner that can perform the job safely and without removing files that are crucial to windows.
